Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Brown in 4 T butter and garlic. Remove to casserole dish. Arrange artichoke hearts between chicken pieces.
  2. Saute mushrooms in 2T butter until barely tender. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms, stir in broth, sherry, and rosemary. Cook until slightly thickened, then pour over chicken. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
  3. Plate and serve.
